If you were getting chased by a human 4X's bigger than you, you would be freaking out too. I bet you that you would run faster and farther away then Mody did. Yet you expect him to stand still for Judy's bullying. Judy was the one who was responsible for his arm being hurt so bad recently. He most likely hasn't forgotten that either.

From what I remember in the beginning, when they were first introduced, Judy tried to be a mom figure to Moody just like she has with Joyee, Jessie Jadie. But Moody, being a tough little guy that he is, was always in fight/attack mode. He is not the one to baby or coddle. Judy tolerated it for awhile but then she had no choice but to be rough back with him and now he is terrified of her. I guarantee if Moody let her be a mom figure to him, he would be more comfortable around her.
