    That is outstanding, I didn't realise how long the track available was. Great ride.

      It's approx 1.7 km, but due to the stops, corners, track changes etc, the round trip takes approx 20 minutes. It's a great ride for everyone, and being a free attraction, is very popular.

    I had to look it up via Google, but the track gauges are 4' and 4'8.5".

      He did absolutely superbly, which is to be expected from such a gentlemanly, kind, and professional driver!

      Because the trams are different widths! Melbourne, Sydney, Whanganui, Auckland are all on the wider gauge, and Wellington is on the narrow gauge
