The spirit realm (Ruh) is the realm before the human spirit is blown into a mother's womb. The beginning of the human journey starts from the spirit realm when Allah gathers all the spirits that will be sent down to earth.

Seseorang bertanya kepada nabi Muhammad shalallahu alaihi wasallam.." apakah itu ruh ? " Dan Alloh berfirman " ruh adalah urusan Ku, dan tidak diberitahukan kepadamu kecuali SEDIKIT ".
Alhamdulillah firman Alloh yang SEDIKIT tersebut termasuk saya yang telah mengetahui ruh manusia saya sendiri bahkan saya mengetahui pengalaman saya sewaktu awal saya diciptakan...saya mengetahui alam gaib.
Hal ini karena saya mendapatkan Rahmat Alloh menjadikan saya bisa ingat kehidupan sebelum lahir.... Alhamdulillah.
Atas kehendak Alloh dalam firman Nya tidak mustahil ada manusia yang mengetahui apa itu ruh karena saya termasuk termasuk golongan dalam firman Alloh yang "SEDIKIT" tersebut.
