    1. Set your smoker to 350º F
    2. Put the corn ribs on the smoker, and let them cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Just had these at a restaurant 2 weeks ago and was blown away. I saw your video this morning and they are currently on my pit boss. I wondered why you were so cautious about cutting, but holy hell, that is scary. Turn them on end and they cut easy. Thanks for all the insight and inspiration

I’ve been going back and forth about trying these since I first saw them a little bit ago, but your video has cemented it….tomorrow I’m going to give them a try. Thanks for the video and I hope it gets more views than you thought it would

It is easier and safer to cut them in half and then vertically. I love making these.

Maybe try running the sprey nozzle under hot water to unclog the holes . It works for me with some of my arousal cans. Hope it works for you and sprays better for you.!

Will have to try those corn ribs. They look very interesting and at the same time they look pretty tasty after your taste test. Waiting to get my Puck habenero sauce that you recommended on one of your videos. Now l need to order some of your rub. Have a wonderful weekend.

Thanks for the video, looks delicious. One note, if you use duck fat they’re not vegan anymore, just something to keep in mind since most vegans really avoid all that type of food. I know don’t get mad at me, it’s just how it is hehe.

I think I'll be trying this, but just leaving the corn whole, like using the nibblers.

Try making cabbage ribs... same concept, and try mayonnaise instead of duck fat. Leave some core to help hold them together. We like it, I'll be trying this and going to try a halved onion also..

Saw these a while back but haven't tried yet, but since you put the garlic parm in my head, I'm definitely gonna try. Ooooooo, additinal thought is doing it with Italian dressing or It would go with the legs or quarters i do that way.

Two other flavor profiles that might work well would be teriyaki or basted with butter and blackening seasonings. Ha Ha! #inviteavegantoabbq

I'm still not really getting why they're called corn "ribs" except that maybe it sounds better than BBQ Corn Strips. I'm definitely going to try it, and make some extra spicy "rattle snake tails" as well. I like the garlic & parmesean idea as well but I really can't see how you'd call that a "Corn Rib".

@@jimbrennan1181 well Jim, I didn’t name them. Although, they definitely resemble a baby back rib bone when the full ones curl after being cooked 🤷🏼‍♂️. I worry less about what things are called and more how they taste. Thanks for watching

Just leave it on the cob.
