he can idiot, he writes his own songs and produced his own album "Sunny Side Up" I think he qualifies as an English speaker. His accent is very strong and you have difficulty understanding him because he's Scottish...and because its part of who he is.

Sadly though, most people who comment here seem to be a bit...witless, and find it necessary to either be a grammar Nazi or a Sour Sally. But you are right, this is a youtube comments section. I know he is speaking English, but he's accent makes it hard for people from other English speaking countries/regions/areas to understand when he speaks so fast!
