Saw them live! But long time ago in 2009. Twas the Static X New Forms festival in The Hague, the Netherlands. I saw these bands on that day: Battles (still with Tyondai), Three Trapped Tigers, Dorian Concept, Merzbow, Knalpot and Lucid. On the other days I managed to catch Peaches, Rolo Tomassi and a live set from Gary Numan. What a weekend I had!
I’ve seen three trapped tigers live a few times and fair play to them they make an incredible noise of brilliant music. Shame that they’re breaking up or stopping the band whichever it is.
Only discovered these guys a month or so back! So many different styles to enjoy played in such an accomplished and exciting way. Keep up the good work guys!
really neat mention on their sound being similar to Car Bomb's on Creepies. I can totally see that connection in the usage of the guitar effects and style of playing and the melodies played. I'd totally love to see Car Bomb sometime on Audiotree Live! Thanks for recording this awesome performance, the Live sessions always deliver and they're astounding to watch every single time.
If you like the first track, you should check out Strawberry Girls! Songwriting is great and excellent instrumentation too. They also have visited audiotree.
first came across these guys on the beatcast sessions, pretty raw but excellent. they've clearly honed their sound whilst remaining choatic and fucking incredible. this shit cooks
Had these guys is my playlist for quite some time, always thought it was a digital act because of the drumming. That is some skill
The beginning of Noise Trade is literally a blast beat. Funny how it changes so much when used in different context.
If you like that Check out the drummers other project titled "Colossal Squid" his name is adam betts and his solo stuff is wild

Saw him this Saturday and I was totally amazed - and I've seen lots of Drummers.
Amazing. Kinda reminds me of Marco Minnemann.
Check out his solo stuff as Colossal Squid to have your mind blown a little more. Genius.
Peter King Great tipp, thx ;)
If you like these check out Physics House Band. They were touring together around the UK last year.
These 2 bands on the same show and I would get a heart attack, resurrect and heart attack again.
saw them both at arctangent last weekend, freaking sweet.
I'd also recommend Vessels, their early stuff is non electro though
Physics House Band is the coolest band of all time

Feck sounding damn good guys. Did you change the tapping aspect for Cramm?
Mathrock version of Aphex Twin. (esp '6', with that Boardsy intro.) 15:26 those drums so RDJ'd.
Drummer played with Squarepusher's live band!
Kevin Finity all three of them were the other members of Tom’s band.
@@kevinfinity1791 oh wow! That's neat. Had no clue. Wish there were more live IDM/ambient/breakcore-ish projects. If only I found bandmates! Heh.
I just realized the host kept saying "kettleBALL" the whole time xD lol other than that everything was perfect

the totally intentional cymbal display with a tap of a finger at the very end
also check out: ruclips.net/video/d-j_D-O1vwM/видео.html since I believe it's three trapped tigers with an awesome bass player known as square pusher
This is the sort of thing that makes me sheepish about even picking up my guitar X-)
