  • This is basically a video about where to put the ZSpheres to minimize shoulder and torso distortion. It is also a note to myself, because ruining the sculpt when posing is very depressing. There's no sound in the video, but I put some notes on the screen. Here's the transcript:
First, go to Zplugin - Transpose Master
enable ZSphere Rig, and click TPoseMesh.

Then place the ZSpheres with Draw, Move, Scale tool on top of the screen. Be sure to activate symmetry (X).
To minimize the distortion of the ZSphere Rig, the first thing is to place the shoulder joint in the right place.
Second, place 4 branches from the spine, near the chest area, to keep the torso from collapsing.
After placing the ZSpheres, go to the right side menu, click on Rigging - Bind Mesh.
And then use the Rotate tool on top of the screen to rotate the binded joints. If you see weird distortion, ctrl+z, and tweak the spheres.
The positions of the ZSpheres are crucial.
I highly recommend you grab a person who has a nice body to move their arms to see where the shoulders go, and how the torso is effected.
    (Or use yourself)
After you’re done with posing, go to Zplugin - Transpose Master - TPose|SubT to apply the rig to the model.
Then I’m going to export this mesh to Marvelous Designer to work on the clothing.
Don’t forget to go to Preferences - ImportExport - Export, and uncheck Grp, to make sure your exported model is in one piece.
Go to the right side menu - Tool - Export
Save as type: OBJ or FBX.
    Thanks for watching!
