Ferssi does provide a lot of help in terms of reducing the damage you take + carnelian just gives you a bit of room to make mistakes tbh, but she is definitely replaceable with other healers
IMO Aylin can replace Fersi as they have similar damage reduction passives. Though Aylin is all damage while Fersi is AOE damage. No one else does what Carnelian does though

Thx for sharing, pretty much have this setup - Ingrid. Not yet hitting 80k but should be able to with some tweaks in gearing.
If you have lust, swap her in for Ingrid - she will really help push your score
