People used to wonder why his mom started dancing so often when she was pregnant with him. "Miss Tipper, we don't hear any music, what are you dancing to?!" Now we know why. =)
Tipper is producing music for 15 years. He has shaped modern genres , adding his unique fingerprint. He is known for being the father of nu skool breakbeat and glitch but it has nothing to due with dubstep. The confusion lies that since his beginings he's making and evolving heavy bass music, but not dubstep.Benga is kinda new compared to Tipper in years active and it has a lot fewer releases.
@publicenemy1010 ay, for real....you know your music man. I'm picking up on these stats too. Nice to see there are a few cats that listen to music intensely. Good call....
God i love that fatso-wobble-factor-monster just lying there all wobbly on top of the letters and squeezing out from all the holes and cracks :P I think i'm gonna paint a replicate on the wall above my sofa :D
Technically you're right, but that mid rangy brostep wobble didn't start until Skream came on the scene around 2006. Early dubstep sounded completely different.
@shrkb1te Thx, listened to a few of that album, unfortunately for me there's not enough bass but let's just say that.............it doesn't make the electronic tripping worse ; )
actually go back to his 2000 album "The Critical Path" & you will here some beats that you could call dubstep! personally its all opinion! Dave your still the original Bass Master!
haha you just proved my point. thanks for showing people how much of an fail fan boy like you, tripper never created Dubstep, there were multiple artists in the "creation of dubtep". try benga, it probably started before you even any heard electronic I bet.
Finally found!!! True Detective song! Best scene from this episode.

This Shazam was easy! True Detective brought me here!
Deserves way more likes..
"1999 Tipper released his first album"
"Dubstep [...] emerged in the late 1990s..."
So...
I don't what you were on about 7 years ago, but Tipper is considered glitch-hop, closer to trip hop than to dubstep
How the fuck does this only have 35,000 views?
badass!
march of the zerglings
@publicenemy1010 ay, for real....you know your music man. I'm picking up on these stats too. Nice to see there are a few cats that listen to music intensely. Good call....
big up
True detective brought me here, Children are a fucking disappointment.
@iemeelus you like this you should check broken soul jamboree by the tipster - the neighbours will be coming around to ask you to turn it up - classic
Nice
You kidding me? Tipper invented the wobble.
Makes sense:)
Being off kilter is a wobble factor witch might make it tip(per)
@publicenemy1010 this guy was making wobbles years before dubstep was invented.
I'm looking for the club songs from S02E02 - S02E04. Luckily this one was on IMDb, but the rest is just missing...
haha, das is so fett ! xD wie geil, ein Meer aus bass und kleinen fischen dazwichen die einen an den füßen kitzeln
0:20 Be careful guys!! The bass bAss BAss BASS is coming for you, and it's gonna eat ya alive!!!

If thicc was a sound... This would be it
I have yet to hear a Tipper track that I don't whomp out to
Technically you're right, but that mid rangy brostep wobble didn't start until Skream came on the scene around 2006. Early dubstep sounded completely different.
DAVE !!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
is it just me or is the picture moving to the beat?
Implying all wobbles are formed from LFO.
"invented"
FUCK YAS
LOVE THIS TRACK. I fuckin still smash this shit out on a few of my sets
Lsd is one hell of a drug
True Detective*
@shrkb1te Thx, listened to a few of that album, unfortunately for me there's not enough bass but let's just say that.............it doesn't make the electronic tripping worse ; )
tipper fucking murdered it at LIB
sounds like zerglings
Sam Klassik zerglings did surgery on me and now I still am human
Tipper is the father of Glitch Hop
actually go back to his 2000 album "The Critical Path" & you will here some beats that you could call dubstep! personally its all opinion! Dave your still the original Bass Master!
year* Dubstep was invented in 98, his first release is 97
JEP
Yeah, and plus, it's not like any one person creates a genre. They evolve from many different places just like memes.
Cant believe its from 2010 I thought it had a more newer sound
It's as if no one commenting here has heard of Mr Oizo before. If you like this style of music go listen to some Analog Worms Attack!
I actually like this, but I have to admit that the words "Electronic flatulence" kept crossing my mind. This is weird and cool all at the same time.
TheInfiniterider thats tipper for ya
He's admitted that his music sounds like that in at least one interview lol
makes me groooooooove. dubstep does not do this :)
@nemir86 thats what she said
GIVE HIM THE MEDICINE
this song cant handle the dislike button
Yes, most people confuse Dubstep 2.0 with being the only Dubstep. Tipper and Tobin were actually working on v 3.0 for some time now.
@mathewt898 gotta be matt?
Can some one please tell me what episode of true detective its on!? Thanks
Episode 3
tipper didn't invent dubstep with this album lol. Look up dubstep 2007 you'll find plenty of dubstep artists. Skream being one of them
what does he use? Ableton, Logic, or whaaaat
I think it was called LSD, correct me if I'm wrong.
hyoyeon brought me here
dubstep's from 90's, no?
haha you just proved my point. thanks for showing people how much of an fail fan boy like you, tripper never created Dubstep, there were multiple artists in the "creation of dubtep". try benga, it probably started before you even any heard electronic I bet.
Jep, Dubstep is not Skrillex! :D
Drugs brought me here idk bout yall
THRAD
you do know tipper created dubstep right?
to even conceive the idea that this is anything close to dubstep is just utter fail on your part.
