    - Salt - 200 gms
    - Turmeric Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
    - Chili Powder - 50 gms
    - Cumin-Fenugreek Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
    - Mustard Powder - 1 tsp
    - Groundnut Oil - 50 gms
    - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    - Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
    - Dried Chili Seeds - 1/2 tsp
    - Garlic Cloves - 5-6 (coarsely ground)
    🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
This Rough Lemon Pickle pairs well with hot steamed rice and ghee. It also goes great with Indian flatbreads or can be enjoyed as a side dish to any meal for an extra kick of flavor.
    🌿 Cooking Tips:
    - Always remove the seeds and white fibers from the rough lemon, as they can add bitterness to the pickle.
    - Ensure the mixture sits for 2-3 days, allowing the flavors to blend perfectly.
    - For long-lasting freshness, always use clean, dry utensils when serving the pickle.
    - Allow the tempering to cool before mixing it with the lemon to avoid cooking the ingredients further.
    📝 Summary:
    1. Dice 1/2 kg of Rough Lemon into thin small slices.
    2. Remove the seeds and the white fibers as they tend to be bitter.
    3. Move the pieces into a bowl.
    4. For 1/2 kg Rough Lemon pieces, add 200 gms Salt and 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder. Toss the whole mixture and let it sit for 2-3 days.
    5. After the mixture is well-marinated, give it a good mix and prepare the tempering after mixing in the chili powder.
    6. For 1/4 kg Rough Lemon mixture, add 50 gms Chili Powder, 1 tsp Cumin-Fenugreek Seeds Powder, and 1 tsp Mustard Powder. Mix everything together.
    7. Heat a pan and add 50 gms Groundnut Oil. Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, and 1/2 tsp Dried Chili Seeds. Fry until they change color, then turn off the stove.
    8. Add 5-6 coarsely ground Garlic Cloves and let the tempering cool down.
    9. Add the tempering to the pickled Rough Lemon and mix well.
    10. Store the pickle in a glass jar for longer shelf life. Enjoy! 😍
