I want to thank of great Dr. Todd he brought my boyfriend back to me. i had seen many people to get him back but nothing, Dr. Todd gave me a consultation and told me all truth, and I trusted Dr. Todd and had him do the spells for me. it took awhile because it was very very messy between us. i had to wait for each spell to do its work. but once the last spell finally was working and the other spells had worked, that is when he called. we met. then it took many more meetings. but now we are back together and i can only thank Dr.Todd, he is the greatest, i will come to Dr. Todd for life. Todd took care of me like family. contact; manifest spell cast @ gmail. com Whats App:+1 604 901 9747

A phrase I've been holding onto is "you are around for 100% of your bad moments, but only about 10% of everyone else's."

Wow, this was actually very reassuring. I had to write down something you said, "I feel that mistakes either stem out of carelessness or a really strong emotion." It seems kind of obvious, but it was helpful to realize that sometimes we are careless and sometimes we have strong emotions, which means that sometimes we make mistakes and that's okay.

Whenever I mess up I can't help but stress about it, I hate being very egotistical and I'm admitting it.. I hate saying sorry or admit that I've done wrong when I have.. And I hate it so much, because I always can't admit to my problems and habits that cause something bad out of other people.. I need help admitting to my problems instead of denying them

When you were talking about anger and not being able to get out of your own head, I completely agree that speaking to someone is the best thing to do. I have intestinal failure and other serious health conditions. I get angry and upset at my life, and sometimes with myself even though I have no control over what has happened to me. Talking is the best remedy. In fact, I find I am always putting myself down and saying I'm "not normal". I've just made a video on my channel where I discuss this, and I know it's going to be amazing for when I'm in that bad place. Who can reason with you better than you, right?

this is really good advice, but it's so hard to take it when you have depression/ anxiety because when I mess up I cannot get out of my shame spiral, even talking to people about it just makes it worse because i just keep reliving it. and yes, I will remember it in 20 years because that's how my brain works :P

I know this video is over 3 years old so you may not see this. I feel like during this video that you've been looking into my soul because you've hit everything that I've been feeling ever since I did something to mess up a relationship with a friend. My friend has since blocked me and I've tried multiple times to apologize to her but she's not responding to any of it. For the past few weeks, I've been looking up videos on apologizing and forgiveness and this was the most recent one to be recommended. I really wish I had seen it sooner because it's been the most helpful one to me. Thank you.

I've been watching RUclips videos for years, but this is one of the few times I've felt compelled to write a comment.
I recently made a huge mistake (drunk of course, alcohol seems to exacerbate every little situation) and woke up the next day with six friends telling me they never wanted to speak to me again. It was a wake-up call, and I spent a week in complete hell, in a really self-loathing, dark place.
It's been nearly a month now, and I still get pangs of guilt whenever I see those friends around or see things that remind me of them.
But this video, Lucy, has made me feel so much better about everything that happened. These are all the feelings I felt, I really didn't think someone else had messed up like me.
Everything you said was exactly what I needed to hear, thank you so much for making this. You are right, this is insignificant one, five, twenty years down the line.

I really needed this. Everytime I make a mistake my self-esteem dies just a little bit more.
I always quickly learn from my mistakes because I never want to experience that utter feeling of guilt, shame and embarrassment ever again. But I always forget the fact that we all make mistakes and sometimes more than once. However, no one has verbally explained this to me so I've just developed this fear of failure.
So I want to thank you Lucy, for explaining that it's okay to fuck up more than once and for changing my perspective about others and their mistakes. I appreciate it.

I'm really appreciating your videos a lot lately as a recent subscriber. I think you're about a year older than me, so it's nice to have these to watch st the end of the day, and t feels like a slightly older sister/friend giving me advice. I really like how honest your chats are, you recognise the nuances in situations and don't give black and white advice and it's nice that you don't seem to hold yourself to a really high standard, I don't know if I can quite convey what I mean, and I really think it's because you've lived and learnt a lot through your experiences, and you seem very honest with yourself. There's just something really refreshing about you that can't be found in a lot of other youtubers.

When I make the mistake, it really lowers my self-esteem and I can't find a way to forgive myself. Thanks for this brutally honest perspective on overcoming our own mistakes. I am able to say sorry and move forward with my chin up as a result of your words. Amazing! :)

This is so relevant to my life right now. I started university in September last year but haven't been enjoying it, found it stressful and overwhelming and i haven't really known why, and still don't. I'm planning to start studying at a more local university where the course sounds more appealing to me, and with a different environment (in a campus setting rather than in a city centre.) I've been worried about leaving because i may feel like a 'failure' in some way, as i'm not sure why things haven't worked out for me. Hopefully things will in time, and i'll find something i'm interested in and passionate about :)

You're definitely not a failure! You haven't done anything wrong. No one knows what it's going to be like at uni until they go, and I think a campus is much more comforting than a random collection of buildings in the middle of a city. I also started in September and I'm so happy I ended up at a campus uni :)

Uni can be super stressful for a lot of people (myself included) so don't worry you're not alone! I'm in my second year and go to a campus uni and there's definitely more of a community feel at a campus based university. Hopefully you'll feel more settled when you get there! x

I so needed this video right now, I recently broke up with someone I'd only been with for a few weeks because of a mix of my own mental state and that they had ignored me entirely for two weeks over a break. Because of this through I think they're entire group of friends now hate me and I've realised I really miss them as a friend but don't want to reach out because I don't want to lead them on (or myself because frankly I still like him quite a lot but can't be in a relationship right now for my own sake) I've managed to internalise all this and blame myself for everything and just feel like I've messed up a lot and this video is something I'm going to bookmark to come back to because I don't think I'm a bad person but I (like everyone) sometimes do shitty things even if for (in some cases) good reasons and I really need to learn how to deal with those things without internalising blame

Apologising is the most important thing. Sometimes it can be hard but I find if you hold your hands up and say 'sorry, I shouldn't have done/acted like that/taken that out on you.' Just make sure you don't give any excuses. It's ok to explain you were stressed that day, but don't use that to justify your actions. Make sure if you say 'I was a bit stressed that day' you follow it up with 'but that doesn't excuse my actions' or 'I'm learning not to take that out on others.'
It's always better to apologise sooner rather than later.
I'm currently faced with a situation where I'm seeing a friend from uni soon who I've not seen for 2 years, who, when my head was a complete mess, kept trying to engage with me and I repeatedly ignored/brushed off until they gave up. It was a shitty thing to do, and even though it's been 2 years, when I see them I know I need to bring it up as apologise, because they didn't deserve it. That's something I want to do in person.
Thank you for this video Lucy. It's important to understand everyone makes mistakes and how we can learn from them.

So, this video is exactly what I needed to hear. Me and my boyfriend were together for over three years, and last year I started to struggle with anxiety and other stuff. He also deals with anxiety, and sometimes it hits him so hard that he needs medication. But that was never a problem for me. So the thing is, last year was a bit horrible, I couldnt deal with the pressure from my family, I couldnt get a job and didnt have money to start college. I was freaking out, and I knew it was affecting our relationship. I just couldnt be present anymore. So in january I broke up with him. I could not ask for just a break. I needed some time to find myself. In march we got back, for only a week. Again, I couldnt deal with the fact that he wanted to things to be like before. And not a fresh start. So he is moving on, I still love him A LOT. And this weekend was his birthday, he didnt invited me. I just dont know if I should just give up or give him some time. I blame myself for this whole situation, I have apologized a thousand times already. Everything that you said in this video, will help me somehow, Lucy. Thank you.

This is really what I needed, I fucked up with 2 of my best friends and this made me cry but feel like I could at least try and fix things and move forward and that. This was some advice I really needed and really assured me. Thank you.

It's so bizarre that you made this video because I've made a lot of mistakes this weekend and I really do feel like I am a bad person because of it. So thankyou, Lucy, this was really helpful! 💕

I can't tell you how much I can relate to this video. Thank you so much for the advice because it's really great to see an outside perspective. Like, you don't know it's a thing until someone talks about it.

Lucy! You serve us what helps and that with a kind of intuition in VEDA, that is such a construct. Thanks, again, for sticking with it and making every day better for at least a few minutes! :)

I love this. Also that you pointed out the facts that you might not want to hear but who are still facts. Such as that people might give you a hard time for your mistake for a while and they might not be able to forgive you (at once) and you have to accept that. Like, that’s the truth and you said it.

Thank you Lucy, this very much is the video that I needed today. As finals are next week at my college, I find that my mistakes over this semester are sharpened and hurt more.

A few days ago I was talking to my best friend. A told her how I’ve been feeling lately. Like how I feel like our friendship had slowly been feeling forced and fake. And no matter how much she said it wasn’t I still didn’t believe her. What I didn’t know is how those words made her feel. I was so caught up in my feelings I didn’t think about hers. I am very mad at myself for making my best friend now hate me. Whenever I text her and ask if we are good friends again she just doesn’t answer. I know I was the one who brought myself into this and if I hadn’t said my feeling none of this would happen. This is now what I think all the time before I say something to someone. “Even if you feel like your friend is hurting you, you sometimes have to take the bullet for them and stay quiet”. If you read this far, wow thank you. I hope you can leave me some advice. Have a beautiful day or night! ❤️

Great video and thanks for making it! I wonder if you could also make a video on what to do when you're on the other side of the situation- how to forgive or how to accept or deal with your feelings to *not* forgive when someone else has fucked up and it's affected you
