great build as always, i also would love to see you build the african savannah of Zoo basel, with zebras and ostriches and hippos. It is a realtively small, but very beautifu zoo. i absolutely recommend checking it out!
great habitat! I love your custom education boards. I would love to see a blueprint from you of some of your favourite ones. I love lions too but I don't like them in planet zoo because I feel like they look less realistic than other animals in the game - or are just stylistically different.
Fun fact, if male lions are neutered, they may not grow a mane, or if they do, it's very small. The Kansas City zoo has a group of neutered male lions.
If I remember right, its because the growth of a mane has to do with testosterone levels. Also has to do with why female lions tend to pick males with bigger/darker manes! 😁
ooh, this habitat is awesome (as always!). Some relevant fun facts from my local zoo: they have a similar set up with the glass, and the lions absolutely DO just go and sleep there. I have multiple pictures of lions with their butts RIGHT up against the glass. Other fun fact: the male lion at said local zoo had to be kept seperated from the females for 2 reasons. 1) breeding of large wildcats is illegal in my state, (not sure about exceptions for conservation programs??), and 2) the male lion was epileptic (aka, had epilepsy), and if he were to have a seizure while in with the females, they would kill him. So, uh, that's fun. But I guess the interesting fact here is that lions can experience epilepsy, which was not something I knew until visiting that zoo. (also, one of the bears there was a Problem Bear in Yellowstone, and had to be relocated 3 times, which is the max for a bear there, and so she got brought to our zoo.)
Savannah, I also suspect the next DLC will be an animal pack and considering the capybara and Brazilian porcupine were datamined along with Lord Howe Stick Insect. Most likely Amazon or Central America and Oceania.
Using the multi select option, hot key is I I think or there is a little button at the bottom right hand corner. Once all items are selected there is a merge into group button!
