    究竟會加到幾多厘?

    哈哈,別太樂觀, 從來, 加息並不會令樓市爆破。令樓市爆破的是經濟衰退 (recession), 而致高失業率; 失了業又怎供樓? 美國正式步入經濟衰退 (recession), 你認為 AU可獨善其身?

      同意, 加息係想壓住inflation, 但而家問題係inflation 太高, 成個世界經濟環境唔樂觀, 全世界資產都跌, 都仲未計大陸唔比人出國, housing demand 真係唔可以同前幾年比, 或者in long run 會升, 但呢幾年都有幾大risk, 但當然有本自住就早d 買都ok, 咪唔好揀d 自己負擔太大個d 囉, 大家加油

    Good job Alisom in ur presentation...but Australia going forward at least in coming 1-2 years really gotta buck up.
    We have waited 22mths already for our 188 visas
    My daughter applied for tourist visa 600 since 24 Mar 2022 and as of now...u guess it...no news.
    So all those opening up etc will come to nought if the Aussie administration is not performing.
