Hi Johan! Wat super gaaf dat je de Kungsleden gaat lopen. Zo’n mooie trail, wij willen graag nog de volledige lengte lopen. Vorig jaar slechts een gedeelte kunnen lopen… over de tent: de elixer heeft Extreme Shield Coating en hoeft als het goed is net als de hubba serie van msr niet meer geseamsealed te worden. Natuurlijk na verloop van tijd wel, maar aangezien de jouwe nog relatief nieuw is lijkt het me dat ‘ie nog goed is. Wat je het beste kan doen is je tent op zetten, en er met de sproeier overheen gaan. Als er niks naar binnen lekt, dan houdt ‘ie je droog tijdens de Kungsleden! Heel veel plezier alvast 🤩

Do you ever seam seal on the inside vs outside of tent? The main headache seems to be at the apex of these pyramid tents though where it's tough to do the inside
We only seam sealed the outside of this tent! The seller told us that with this particular tent we only needed to seam seal the outside. But we can imagine that it is tricky to seam seal the top on the inside. Maybe you can get there more easily if you flip your tent inside out?
We need to seam seal our tent because the factory seam tape is coming off 😅. We were going to make a video doing it, but now we don't have too!😂 Thanks for the motivation guys!

i have a question? im just about to seam seal my tent and weather seal it also. what order do you recommend i do it in? seam seal the tent then weather proof it or the other way round? thanks
Can you use seam sealer on the interior part part of the tent? Coz my tent's seamtape on the inside have dried up and flaky. Cna i use the seamseal or seamtape?
Hi! That are some great questions. To be honest, I am not sure. It also depends on the tent you have. Best is to message the manufacturer of your tent and ask them these questions. Hope you will get your answer there. Good luck!

We think it's best to ask this question directly to the manufacture of the tent. What tent do you have?
