Just a tip, when you put ceiling tiles in look at the back of the tile. There are directional indicators and believe it or not if you get them the wrong direction it will look like it from below due to the grain design on the tile. You put the tile in differently than the tile next to it. Ceiling Tile guys get mad at us electricians because of this very thing LOL.
Ground "not as important" heck no! All connections made ARE important and imperative. Beyond the implied liability when you are doimg work there is the Life Safety aspect which is why ALL connections shall be done securely and in accordance with National Electrical Code.
