When lifting off the tone holes, my teacher taught me this; in very slow motion, raise each finger slowly allowing the note to bend. When you hear the sound of the note stabilize stop raising the finger. Do this in front of a mirror and in a short time the fingers will develop muscle memory. Also, have the pinky fingers maintain contact with the B keys when raising the other fingers anchors the rest of the fingers.
