I am catholic, I have witnessed this charismatic pple both lay and priest, infact here in kenya we have a very big congratulations of priest, praying in spirit, ,I have personally receive healings and miracles from there prayers, they do conduct retreats in kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and rwada and are of indian origin. All so in deep rural areas the charismatic lay preachers are just doing amazing things

The spiritual battles are not easy in the church for those of us who are in catholic charismatic renewal,but we are moving with holy spirit who has given the grace .

We Catholics are baptized with water, who said we don't baptize with water, haki you protests think you are the God chosen, who said so?? When you will ever stop your judgements then you will be true followers of Jesus Christ
We Catholics have been holding retreats and Charismatics here in Kenya. There is no criticism, we are one and the same Catholics, this is the 3rd year since the Charismatic Ministry practice by Charismatic Priests has been visiting our Church. It's not new, so kindly get it well. And yes, they have been healing, they preach in English here and NOT French, maybe it will be in French there in french speaking countries like Congo and Zimbabwe. Baptism has been the same, probably we may see the change in the coming future. Catholics have been speaking in tongues, our preachers are real although it is publicized.. After all Christian protestant followers were also Catholics before they joined the redeemed and protestant Churches.. Christians are never baptized in secret, those who are immersed it is because they prefer to be immersed.. There are many things that protestants do not understand about Catholics' practice, if other Christians are willing they are most welcome. Thanks, the Church is experiencing revolution because the holy Spirit is always revealing us on how to pray

Catholic church is not against immersion baptism in fact it is practiced in some parishes or at request. If you want to be immersed they do it.
