Really interesting, one thing I could point out is that companions weren't mentioned. Pair this up with a companion that mitigate some of this builds downs sides and it makes this even more appealing and free up space for more dmg or crowd control.
I normally use terrify and corrosive projection since it lets you full armor strip at 130 something strength. 2:33 i personally use rolling guard over adaptation specially for volt outside eidolons. And overextended over transient fortitude. Then 4 tauforged strength shards and 1 casting speed to get me to 155 strength and duration with over 230 range, more strength if you want cunning drift Also arcane energize and molt augmented
