Great video, thanks for sharing! In a scenario where the inverter is located 140 meters from the main house and meter, are there alternative communication methods besides running a physical CT cable? Also, if a backup generator is part of the system, does the inverter necessarily need to be near the main meter for proper operation? How does the system ensure export shut down during a power outage to comply with safety regulations?

Could you let us know what we can use the generator port as the second output load port?
Never
You can use it as a second critical load backup port, for example, when in off grid condition, both GEN and backup port can be supplied, when battery SOC reached a lower level that you set, it can cut off GEN port automically and focusing on supplying power to the backup port load. In this way ,you can prioritize you loads.
I am facing an issue with the SBU
The inverter prioritizes battery use (SBU mode) and switches to battery when the grid goes down.
This behavior is normal except in a specific situation:
When the battery voltage reaches 44.5V and the grid is still available, the inverter switches to grid power while also charging the battery.
If the grid then goes down while the battery voltage is between 44.5V and 50V (e.g., at 50V), the inverter doesn't automatically switch back to battery, resulting in a blackout.
Please check what values you set on the overdischarge voltage/focecharge voltage. When voltage is lower than overdischarge voltage setting, hybrid inverter will stop using battery power. When voltage is lower than forceharge voltage, it will trigger the forcecharge logic and may take power from grid. And please contact our local service team who will help you troubleshoot in details

How to select 220AC output ...now pre selected 230VAC which is not suitable for some appliance in my place.? Please explane thanks.
Just need to select a 220V grid code. When with grid connected, voltage is depending on utility, inverter can adapt to a wide range of voltage without problem. Only in off grid operation, the voltage output on the backup port is determined by the inverter, the backup voltage is settable in the Solis APP.

How to reset owner password as i forget that/ not able to login
I am an installer/technician (whichever applies to you) and would like to set up an account to monitor multiple solar systems for my clients.
Could you please provide me with the following information:
1. Steps involved in creating a SolisCloud organization account.
2. Any specific requirements for installers/technicians registering for an organization account.
3. Resources or guides available to help with the setup process.
Please confirm the start up voltage for this inverter. Hopefully it's not 300 to 400 volts. That would not be fine.

Pls how do I reset/recover the installer password as my installer is no more in my town and can't get access. Also the inverter is showing faultshutdown. Fault is.. no. Grid detected. However grid power is connected but no CT as it is lost in transit.
The same concern here, need to reset the installer account.
Long press the power icon on the LED ribbon for 5s, then you can reset the bluetooth password.

Yes, you can set "no battery" mode in battery model selection, and use it as a normal PV grid tied inverter

You can contact our local service team for helping you update your inverters remotely. You just need to make sure the inverter is online on Soliscloud.
