Thank you for creating this tutorial. Very well done. I also enjoyed recreating the model. The only problem I ran into was with the motion study animation. Although the parts moved as expected, in between contact of the blue arm , the intermittent motion part would bounce back and forth a degree or two until the next time the blue arm made contact. I'm running 2016 standard. I see you were either using professional or premium. Might this be the reason?
Anyway, thanks again for the excellent tutorial.

dear friend do one thing make tangent mate between both the green parts than it will be create a perfect contact than suppress the mate, in this way both parts will not bounce,

it's imaginative but slightly more complicated than it needs to be... Machining or hand making the all the extra parts is going to take extra time.
it would likely break with little force on a small scale, looking at how thin that blue lever is.
it just doesn't look like an elegant version of a geneva set to me.
but you should have one made as best as you can imagine and upload it. prove it can look elegant and functional.

Click on the SolidWorks Add-Ons, click on SolidWorks Motion button, then you will get the option for Motion Analysis.

Try stopping the video at 18:41 and you will see significant interference at both the blue pin and the green pin.

Rubbish, there is obvious collision where the parts are interfering with each other, slow it down and you will a very significant interference.

during calculation mode you will feel collision, check the final result at the end of video.

      JD MAther is correct
I slowed it down to 0.25 speed. the blue lever is too long and passes through the pin a bit.
