This made me think of Spider-Man web of shadows cause that thing is flooded with symbiotes
Symbiote is single entity that enters the host body and controls its body-heals-twist. Spiderman's ability to use spider powers. On earth there was some kind of intelligent species of spider which have been special and some how created on earth. The possibility of moving one small little spider from Klyntar(the Symbiote motherboard planet) to earth is most minimum.
That is the weirdest and most random sponsor.

so if the symbiotes look for a moral upright host, and anything less causes them to disconnect from the collective, then why did the venom symbiote cause spiderman to become violent? was he not moral enough?

Spiderman wasn't the symbiote venom's first host. The first host used the symbiote's power to commit genocide, traumatizing the symbiote and disconnecting it from the collective.

I know the comic didn't come out till after you made this but we now have a reason why the Venom symbiote went crazy with Spider-Man... It bonded to Deadpool for less than a second just before... Sounds about right..
3:20 Would have included that their bodies cells all act as every function, and that other symbiots can literally steal thoughts from others of their kind by grabbing peaces of each other. I always thought that was kinda cool, and was kind of a critical point the The Planet of the Symbiots mini series.

I love the Klyntar, and I love the fact that there actually a benevolent race that could easily be corrupted by there hosts it leaves options open for future symbiote based super heroes and anti-heroes, but I have this opinion mostly due to the fact that when I was a child I LOVED it when Eddie Brock would take control of the symbiote and become a good guy and I loved it even more when he would at times team up with Spider-Man, so the benevolent hero producing but easily corruptible Klyntar was like a dream come true for me, but to each his own I guess.
This was a fantastic video for two reasons: I don't think I knew anything you related in this about the symbiots, so it was all new information! Really interesting. And secondly, what a great sponsor. Really nice to see that organisation get a shoutout. Great stuff!

Oh wow, you learn something new everyday! I thought that the Symbiote was a toxic virus that sought out hosts so they could drain the life force out of anyone they'd choose as a host! But wow, to think that they are actually a peaceful alien race that wants to merge with others to form a noble warrior? I would've never guessed! Please do a video on which DC and/or Marvel superheros kill. It's pretty clear that there was a change in this policy of no killing after the comics code stopped being used. But I think it needs to be made clear that during the comics code, when most superheros acquired the attributes we most associate with them, that superheros were not straight up murderers. The obvious exceptions being Punisher and Deadpool. And they are more anti-heros. Also explain that it was the villains that were sometimes the killers, but more often just thieves. I think this would help people (especially in Hollywood) understand the nature of superheros better. Thank you.
Can't wait to see these guys on the big screen. I'm betting we see them join the new Sony/MCU Spiderverse within the next 10 years.

Ok its a minor thing in the scope of everything, but the way Arris pronounces SYMBIOTES is off putting. Its pronounced sim-bee-oats not sim-bee-its. Minor thing that comes up a lot between comic book readers is how names are pronounced because comics are a reader propelled art form. We each interpret names so differently after years and decades of reading. Lol

For anyone wondering, this was revealed in an issue of the Agent Venom(or is it just Venom?) comic, when he was traveling with the Guardians of the Galaxy. It was pretty cool, especially seeing them getting bonded with symbiotes.

When more people are commenting on the sponsor of the video than the content of the video you have a problem.
Letting anyone sponsor your channel has a potential to screw your brand. When the NHTSA decides that they want you to discuss the dangers of watching videos on your phone while driving, it will have a better connection to your channel. Until then, drop these guys as a sponsor. It doesn't fit.

I hate all this Klyntar nonsense. I miss the days when the symbiotes were an evil parasite. Making them "secretly good guys" makes them less scary/dangerous. I hope someone eventually fixes their backstory so they can be villains again.

+Dr. Madd I think the fact that their tendencies are largely dependent on the host's psycological state gives them enough unpredictability to make them pretty scary or dangerous. All it would take is for the symbiote to choose another host or to spawn children to create a very serious situation. Before Agent Venom met up with the Klyntar he had to fight for control of the symbiote on several occasions.
More or less I think they're just as good or evil as humans, given their relationship. But I'd still love to see more symbiotes; hero, villain, or anti-hero. But I don't think Marvel is willing to make more spawn after the whole Carnage family thing.
