These mini kachoris are very famous in Mumbai but I never knew how to make them . I always bought them for my Sasumaa who loved them. Thank you Chef for showing us this easy way of making these mini kachoris. I am going to try this recipe.

Kachori came out very crispy, stored after getting cold after few hours. But they didn't remain crispy after storage. While storage, kachori were completely cold, not hot. What could be the reason??
