Q: What's the best +1 for Reflux? A: Cursed Doll 3 + Adrenaline 1 is the highest ceiling. I run Adrenaline 3 + Raid Captain 1 because my Crit is pretty low due to my bracelet. Other alternatives are Ether Predator 1 and Disrespect 1. Q: Why do you have a cooldown gem on Blaze? A: Personal preference - it makes Blaze and Reverse Gravity line up better and the rotation feels better. You can allocate it to Seraphic Hail, Punishing Strike, or Explosion based on your preference. Q: Why did you switch off Doomsday? A: During Kayangel prog it felt too clunky and slow so I switched to this build and it feels a lot better overall. I may play around with a build that has DD, EX, and PS together for Akkan since that raid is relatively stationary. Q: Why do you add Max MP Increase 3 and Spirit Absorption 2? A: This is to simulate support mana buffs and the Swamp of Yearning set effect. This also simulates falling in and out of Boundless MP like you would in a raid. Thanks for watching ^^
I totally decide to delete my igniter , but thx to your vids , instead i change it to reflux , at first wasn't so sure but now i'm very happey , very fun and agile class.
i hear that reflux gonna get buff soon so i prepare to change to crit/reflux build. just got a 10-6 stone today so cant wait till its complete ( hard to reach since accessories were freaking expensive ) thank you with all videos

you end up doing less damage in raid, the fact of having to reposition your areas because the boss moves is a loss of damage that is felt, especially those two skills that are Dots
Hey Arcfaire, I could really use your help. I'm similiarly geared as you, but I'm literally only doing 6.5 mil dps on the trixion dummy. What am I missing? My stats are almost identical to yours: 1700 Crit 550 Swift Atk Power: 41362 Engravings: Grudge Reflux Adrenaline Keen Blunt Hit Master All lvl 7 gems.
There are a ton of things that affect DPS: - Combat + Item Level - Weapon Level + Quality - Set Level 2 vs Set Level 3 - Relic vs Ancient Accessories - 5x3 vs 5x3 + 1 - Bracelet - Stats (Crit/Swift) - Gems (Damage) - Cards (LoS 18 vs 30) - Skill Build + Tripod Levels - Rotation (Boundless MP) ... and probably some more things I'm missing. If everything is on par with what I have in this video, then there's no way you're only parsing 6.5m, even putting aside the gem level difference.
Hey Arcfaire! I currently play Swiftflux on my Sorc and have definitely been feeling it fall off a cliff in terms of damage output. It wasn't too bad about 40 iLvl ago, but it's pretty disappointing at this point. How much stronger do you think Critflux is (as shown in this video) compared to Swiftflux? Thanks for the all the content!
I personally see no reason to play swift - I can barely keep up with cooldowns in boundless so I'd imagine swift leaves a bunch of skills hanging. To quote the top KR reflux player: "as your item level goes up the reason to play swift goes down" But if you enjoy that hyper spammy playstyle don't let some random person on the internet tell you otherwise =)
@@arcfaire I do love the playstyle! The extra mobility feels very nice as well. I guess as long as I always have friends to do content with, there's not much point to switch since they dont gatekeep. Thanks Arcfaire!
What is the rough dps if you ran your DD build instead? I'm surprised the gap btw igniter and reflux in your 2 latest videos is now closer compared to previously, especially with the upcoming balance patch for igniter, it will bring it even close (Been following all your great videos since I am a reflux main)

I enjoy your video, they are so helpful! I’ve been wanting to try Explosion but the casting animation is so slow… do you like it? I currently use Frost Call because it’s quick and got range.
I follow his builds closely and use DD instead of EX or FC for a bit of burst. Buy Kaya G2and 4 especially is way too annoying to use DD and I too swapped to EX, which is actually not too bad for those bosses.
@@stan81 I used to use DD and it just feels so slow and clunky as a reflux. Maybe I will give it another go and see. Whenever I see the boss walks out of DD, I just internally scream.

How high (or low) do you want crit to be to use CD3 and AD1 ?
i'd say at least 1800+ but even then honestly it feels kinda bad haha

have you tryed dropping cd gems from blaze and reverse gravity and adding them to punishing and explosion?

I reached 1560 with this build, my gems are all at 7, which skills should I focus first on getting gem 9?
