They are real and Legit Beauty tips. I have done the Avocado hair mask but instead of Olive oil I use Grape seed oil and it does amazing things for your hair. The Sugar scrub also makes a really nice gift to give a friend for a birthday or Christmas present I add honey and Grape seed oil Coarse brown Sugar and any essential oil to scent it mix well place in a decorative jar and add a tag to it. I don't use Salt because Salt drys the skin out. The Coffee facial wakes you up in the AM.
