I really love it how you've been sharing stats because those are interesting things to measure! It's fascinating to see how those numbers have been decreasing for you and and realize how birth control truly can affect our weight, body fat %, and BMI.
Wow, I am so happy I just found this video. I have been considered going off birth control. I have been on it consistently for 8 years now and I really am considering going off of it but wasn't sure of the changes that would happen. So helpful! Just found your channel and am a new supporter here! I hope we can stay connected🥰
Sarah Bispy yes girl let’s stay connected! It’s SO worth it especially for your long term health. It took me about 6 months to finally decide to get off it (mainly because I didn’t want to get pregnant at a young age haha) but it was the best decision ever. Keep me updated if you do decide girl! ❤️
the first 2 weeks off my birth control were amazing then I just like crashed and felt awful for like 2 months and I still hadn’t got my period back I got my period back at like 3 months and was sooo painful hoping this gets batter
Trust me when I tell you it gets worse before it gets better. Hang in there! I’m glad I stuck through with it because I feel like a whole new woman (in an amazing way!)
omg i'm now 3 weeks off and same! I thought it was just me, my first 2 weeks i felt amazing but the last week has been awful. I was on the pill for 8 years so very scared as to what to expect next
@@robynperrin1666 I'm still off it! I came off it at the start of march last year. My periods have been completely the same and never changed or went irregular at all, if anything they've got a bit lighter and shorter - it may have helped that I took probiotics and multivitamins for the first few months of coming off to help my body out. My skin I get hormonal break out a lottttt more now but nothing crazy. My skin started to freak out towards month 8 off it but I think maybe that could have been lifestyle related. - Overall I feel mentally and physically exactly the same as when I was in it (maybe slightly less brain fog?), I was really scared it would feel completely different but I don't at all! I would say though I think I must of watched every 'coming off the pill' story that exists on youtube and noooobodys was anything like mine as honestly I was completely fine and not much changed and my body dealt with it really well. All i'd say is start on some multivitamins and probiotics when you come off and use an app like 'Flo' to monitor how your doing. If you know your body and your gut is saying come off of it do ittt!! Hope it goes well xxx
Been off the pill for 3 months.. hair is falling out, mild acne buuut my periods have all come on time! Had my withdrawal then two real periods. They are crappy and heavy but that’s what they were like before. My moods have dwindled so much! I’m angry, moody and down. Help!
Hi Kyla! Came across your channel just a few days ago & love it! I’ve been experiencing some hormone imbalances also and have been considering maca powder. The maca powder you linked on amazon has two types and I was wondering if the maca powder that you bought was raw or gelatinized?
Kyla, I want to get off my birth control . I am taking it for over 12 years because of acne. but acne never got better and I am 26 now. Can you help me to stop it? Doctors don't help at all
Recently coming off the pill (month three), and I've had my period kind've irregularly the first couple months, and now it has stopped for a bit... has anyone else had this experience?
As I read your comment, I think this is called post-pill amenorrhea because off the pills 3 month. Well everyone is different. I also had been off the pills 1 month and my period came early with heavy blood. I had many symptoms after off the pill. Have you feeling that way?
Yessss I’m here for this too! 2 and half months off the pill had one small withdrawal bleed 4 weeks after I came off so was right on time and now I’m 2 weeks late no signs and not pregnant so confusing 😭
Yeah, I ended up getting it two weeks late (and the same the following month), and then early this month...so annoying! I have also noticed hair and weight loss unfortunately too. Anyone have any suggestions for treating the hair loss? In addition, I have experienced a little more anxiety/hormone fluctuations, but nothing compared to the mental health struggles I was dealing with before :)
I stopped my birth control 7 months ago and so far my menstrual cycle happens every other month. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm not even sure if I'm ovulating or not since mine are so spaced out. 😖
I stopped six months ago and my cycle length has been 38-42 days. I have been getting it every other month too . Did it finally become normal for you ?
7:33 baha very similar situation happen to me except I decided to go back on bc and its been 3 months since being back on it. The 1st month I was fine when I got my tiny ofvghe month, second month was baaad! I felt so bad fo r my bf my emotions were everywhere and my boyfriend was like what the heck I'm never this hormonal when I get my period 8:21 Weird, I literally just order maca powder on Amazon today so I can put it in with my oats in the morning lol I just heard about it for energy and wanted to give ig a shot since I've been feeling tired and not as motivated so hoping this stuff helps a little

Anyone can help me I stop pill 2 months now and I always have spoting please tell it's normal
It can take up to a year for your period to normalize. Have you had a period yet?

Omg same! I'm currently in thid phase. Since this was 2 months ago, has it gotten better hun?
Mine is falling out as well 💔
Your hair does shed. But this should go away after about 3 months.
It’s been 6 months and it hasn’t stopped shedding , anyone else in the same boat ?
@@sharanyaravichandran8011 did u stop shedding? How does your hair look now?
