He is still in great shape. I started doing laterals seated but one arm at a time and hold the weight in my other arm to keep me from cheating. I get a better focus on my side shoulder that way.

What are your thoughts about upright rows? I most recently heard Arnold, in an interview, say he did them from the ground up, but he didn't clarify on which day he did them. Any direction you could steer me with these?
My partner and I hit legs every Saturday here in east coast north shore area and five guys every time after workout. We heard of in and out and we need one here. Guys who come back from west coast say it’s better than five guys. I want open one here!! Have try it first.
