My apologies for the delayed response. I just saw this message. I am assuming you’re referring to the power probe. I bought it off a tow truck but I’m pretty sure you can buy them online.
Same problem here, but I find that there is no ground signal commiing in to the fuel pump relay, so I jumped but now the fuel pum is running non stop, is that normal?
Yes, I believe it’s supposed to run nonstop, but it has an internal regulator to only allow specific psi to reach the injectors. Any surplus fuel just gets returned into the tank.

what is the name of testing device ? how can you regulate voltage so nothing will be fried?
It is a power. It only uses the motorcycles current voltage.
Use a Fluke 77.
