Found your channel and really like your content! Just out of curiosity, it looks like the boat in this video may be an older Triton that has been repowered and has carbon fiber dash plates. What year boat/model is that one? I like it and thinking of doing same.
I should’ve went with my gut and made that run..🤦♂️.... I thought about it all week.... Last day of practice I caught 50+ keepers on Griffen on the big flat where everyone was piled up right out from the cut threw... Didn’t have any plans on fishing Griffen so I stepped on em pretty good... I found some top water giants in a canal in Harris a few days earlier that naturally didn’t pan out on the first day 🤦♂️.... I did catch 5 in there in 15 mins that morning but no size.... That last little 150 yds idle headed down to the lock where you went on day 2 I watched the 19 year old kid catch 31 lbs in 30 mins... My co- angler the second day fished with that kid the first day... We all drove right over the spot he caught em on,right about the time you get back in plane and take a right to hit the canal to the lock... Little ol shell..... You’d never guess in million years what he caught em on either.. You may already know but it tripped me out... Only 8ft shells too...10xd 🤷♂️...... 2nd day I left 3 females on one bed, smallest one was 5.5lbs all the way to 7.0lbs.. They were actually laying eggs,rolling.. Wouldn’t touch nothing. I sat there fore 2 hours 8’ from 20lbs that wouldn’t eat... Still sick cuz 🤣..... loading up for Dale Hollow now... tight lines bro
