If hype was personalized into a man, it would be SCARED of Pete
Dude embodies every positive stereotype for: Americans, extroverts, and theater kids
@@graffitisamurai Perfect description DAMN
12:49 Pete is a hype man, announcer, a best bud. He does it all and I don't know where he gets all that positive pizazz!
The g in dawg is for GOAT
Never thought about that !
The g definitely stands for greatest so how dare you lol
Thought it stood for gigachad
and the daw in dawg is for Definitely Awesome Welshman. So that makes CDawgVA as, Connor Definitely Awesome Welshman GOAT Voice Actor
@@GearSecond8555 the daw definitely actually stands for dang all of what is in them pants is massive… wait I just blacked out what was I talking about lol 😂

Can we all do Pete a massive thank you by subbing to his twitch and RUclips. That man deserves the world
seeeeeex
*Crowd chants* PETE PETE PETE PETE PETE
Nah, he made it about himself.
@@jamesherman3750 He just attracts too much attention because of his energy. He knows it himself that's why he keeps going off the stage. Connor and Chris wants him on stage but he knows his place.
seeegggggs
From my recollection Connor and mostly Chris said at the the petrol station they were so nervous to meet people. Then you saw them walk up the hill saying they are nervous and hope not too many people showed up, then you saw them keep asking Pete to keep up on the hill. Then on stage they kept asking for Pete. All in all I think they are like a lot of friends I have who are confident within the group to say what they like and do what they want but lose that when surrounded by strangers. So it is no surprise Pete stepped up to ease the tension and hype them up on stage and take away the attention they were nervous to get. So I think Pete was awesome and did what they needed.
I’ve always had high opinions of Pete from his appearances on Abroad in Japan videos but they have through the roof after seeing the effort he put in to the charity cycle. He was absolutely incredible and instrumental in hitting that 1 Mil.
We need at least one Murican friend in the circle.
I love the fact that the guys were like “omg there are so many people there…” meanwhile there were 41K people streaming at that moment.
Pretty sure it was up to 60k at the finish line
It's a huge accomplishment to get real life people to put in the effort to travel somewhere to see a couple of youtubers
@@forgeryyyyeah I saw at least 59k, think there was about 9k watching on Mouse’s restream and Pete’s stream wasn’t far behind. It would have been near 80k at its peak.
@@tdolan500 This whole thing needs an award or something. Such an amazing streaming event
Appreciate not making us wait for the edited videos. 🙏
As they were walking to the tower I got hit with 7 ads, lol. Thankfuly they were over before they got to the finish line. It's crazy how the connection all stream was basically flawless until the celebration.
probably because there were so many people in one spot, so the bandwidth got the best of it
The ability to watch those ads were more financially impactful to the cause than anything someone just watching could provide. Thank you for your service.
@bumbumbumbumbumbum it could also be because they were standing below a giant metal structure
@@bumbumbumbumbumbum Notice how it only changed when peter did the live speech ;3
I think it was because chat started spamming by wasting their twitch channel points.
It also started F'ing before when chat was doing that.
But, it could be something else for all I know.
List of guests that showed up at end of cyclethon:
- Mudan
- Emirichu
- Shibuya Kaho
- Robcdee
- Jaiden Animations
- Alpharad
- Anthpo
wait where was anthpo?
nvm saw him with alpharad at the end, didnt expect him at all

Bro Jaiden and Jacob legit just came home from Japan and they're back? 😂
Nah they went there September last year, Jaiden's video just took half a year to get out.
"This is by far the greatest achievement of my life."
- Pete Macy, the many who came 1st in the Kansas-state collegiate Drama competition, went to perform at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and won an award for the best monologue.
I wasn't a grown man reduced to tears watching that crowd cheer your arrival. Nope. Not at all. After 14 days of watching, I now respond to the name of "Chat". Well done. Well done all.
I cried ....dont be ashamed to admit it bubby 🎉🎉🎉
It’s okay to be emotional but it wouldn’t hurt to work on your grammar lol
what the actual fuck, bro I fucking love connor but jesus is the community legit disturbing, wtf do u mean u cried? the very first stream of connor for me was this cyclothon and people in the chat, those donating are absolutely disgustingly cringey, look what i am typing sounds stupid and to a point it is, but I just think that some of you are acting like legit dorks
The road to 1M was a cry fest honestly
I was really crying but it just is fantastic to see, been following a lot of these boys for a real long time so to see them do so well. It's nice. Besides me admitting that I cried is more based than the ones bitching.
it was hilarious when he said moment of silence for Garnt and the stream immedietley disconnected for a brief second lol
fell asleep watching the stream, when Pete starting yelling it woke me up so got to watch parts of this live so proud of the boys and all the donors
Pete brings energy! He stirs even the heaviest of sleepers.
Felix's gift was an absolute W. Connor full on rocking a war hero fit with that Welsh flag cape, and people cheering them on welcoming him on the finish line. A hero's return.
I've had the stream as a routine for 2 weeks and having being there majority of the streams, seeing their struggles throughout and all that paying off in a one million dollars raised, with this kind of reception at the end, fuckin teared up dude.
That 1 million raised isn't from some millionaires or rich streamers. It's from hundreds of people around the world inspired by the event and donating their hard earned money. Each donations have messages, the funny ones, the sad ones, the inspirational ones, pushing him forward when the hill's were insane. Others don't even have messages, just 1,5,10,15 dollar donations that accumulates to a million. Some are from fellow creators, actual friends of Connor showing their support.
Absolute gigachads of the van gang (Ian, Paul, Pete), 2nd van gang (Kai, Eula, Nabi), Guests (Garnt, Felix, Natsuki). Pete for the goated hype beast that he is, and joining to cycle in full in the final day. Chris for his constant presence since cyclethon 1 to be with Connor on every route, the bits of banter they had, an absolute trooper throughout. Mouse for always being there watching, either on stream or in chat, her bingos and raids, her unrelenting support, and being one of the core reasons Connor even do this event.
Chatters in chat cheering, cracking jokes, hyping people up to donate, being funny and supportive in their struggle. Hilarious TTS keeping the stream engaged when everyone's too tired to entertain the stream. Lurkers just having the stream on to watch and support.
And of course, our DawgVirginia himself. Cycled thousands of kilometers entertaining and carrying the stream all the way. Through the winds, rains, hills, tunnels and screeching trucks wheezing by. The struggle and determination were inspiring, both for people to donate and spread awareness on the cause he's cycling for, proven by the 1 million raised.
It's been one hell of a journey. This isn't just entertainment for views and likes, it's doing genuine good for people out there, from the money raised, awareness spread, and inspiration it gives. Y'all are awesome. Less than 3 (
shout out to Arex, donated multiple times, hyped up chat on the rough days, and just welcomed a kid (congratulations to you and your family) and still showed up to the finish line (11:49).
29:40 What th- ain't no way!!! Alpharad and Jaiden
Robcdee too. I was expecting Connor to raid him since he was IRL streaming but when I went to his channel, it was on BRB. I guess he went to the finish line during that?
Saw them in the distance during the stream, happy Connor got to see them!
@@Sakutora Pete raided Robcdee but ya it was brb
@@Sakutora He was cycling around Tokyo and decided to turn camera off during the tokyo tower moment to not take the shine away from Connor's stream. He left after that and resumed streaming

Thank you for uploading the ending from Paul's camera so fast. Big thanks to the boys and crew involved behind the scenes for an amazing 14 days.
Really wanted to hear Pete introductions, he killed it. Connection issues sucked, thanks for giving us the ending ❤
Edit: I was looking for Mudan during the stream but didnt see him, 4k really helped to spot him lol
Pete has a Kennedy Center award for stage acting. That's basically Presidential-level creative honors in the US, maybe roughly equivalent to an honor from Buckingham Palace. I don't think people realize how big of a deal Kennedy Center is, and how much that speaks to his talent.
@@Pre1321That man's playing IRL JRPG.
18:02 Pete got me emotional during his speech 😭 so proud of the boys and the community for this huge achievement!
This Welshman made me a better friend to someone with a terrible disease. Treating them the way they deserve instead of feeling sorry for them. I have my plasma appointment on Tuesday. Probably one of many. You guys are the biggest chads ever. Well done Conner. So f@cking proud. Chat, you are an anomaly in a sea of indifference.
I can't wait for the full video to be out. It was such a journey
That was legit a beautiful moment at the end, knowing and watching every moment for the past 14 days felt like we were all there with you guys. Congrats guys on getting the 1 million dollar goal. You guys are inspiring and awesome job from the staff, Ians the GOAT.
I was watching this final hour at work and was moved to tears. Although I couldn't watch it live most of the time, I enjoyed the vods and thank everyone on the team and everyone who donated.
I think we're all proud of you guys :3
28:10 bonus hug scene (director's cut)
My personal theory for why the connection died right as they walked up: not only was a huge crowd up there, which is hard for mobile networks. I bet you also a good chunk of them had the stream open, to see when they would arrive. That probably ate up quite a bit of bandwidth, because (simplified) because everything goes over the air, upstream and downstream are shared on the frequencies.
The MUX was full.
It's more about the amount of connections than it is the amount of data being used.
@@GegoXaren Pete's stream from his phone was going through fine though. Connor had 5 or 6 sim cards so he'd have been connected to all the networks including Pete's network. Maybe the batteries in one of Connor's routers went flat or the router died for whatever reason.
@@veryboringname.
Probobly a 4G vs 5G thing. Different bands... And 5G has more slots in the MUX.
Also a good chance there was a lot of wireless interference on the stage
@@GegoXaren Good point about 5G, his backpack routers could still be on 4G!
Chris' "Fucking come one!" is one of my favourite little moments from the entire cyclethon - it's so real, and really shows how much these last two weeks have made an impact on the boys
Shoutout for the fan that held Pete's phone. Thank you for the clutch during the live when Ian was busy.
Absolutely astounding to see how big this event has become. Amazing job raising funds for such a deserving cause.
25:06 - The Biggest SEGS! Seriously thought this Cyclethon has been Amazing and Go Conner and Chris, Go Van Gang!!
I set my alarm this morning ⏰🚨 to see the end. I had tears when you hit $1,000,000 💸💲💰 and when I first heard the cheers 🥂 as you were walking up the hill, the floodgates opened and I cried 😭😭😂😂. Well done guys for everything you have done. It's great to see that there are still super heroes in this world 🚴🚴♀️ 🗼⛩️🏯🇯🇵🎎 WELL DONE 🍾🥂🐒💬🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️
legit shed a few tears watching this live lmao. was a bit unfortunate that wifi started messing up right as the celebration started, so im glad we get to see it in HD 😂
Such an amazing event for a great cause. Kudos to the team and everyone who donated, and most especially to Chris & Connor's legs for withstanding 14 days straight of pedaling. 😵
PROUD TO BE IN THIS COMMUNITY OUG🦍OUG🦍OUG🦍OUG🦍
LETS GO!!!! This was such a fun journey to watch and be a part of. I can't believe that over 1 million dollars was raised to the IDF. Words does not explain how proud and excited I was to see you reach goal after goal. Amazing job and much appreciation for creating such an amazing event to help provide awareness and support to those with Primary immunodeficiency like CVID!
I love Pete, he's so great here
Thank you for this one...
We really needed this...
What a goat for uploading this!! Congratulations on the milli for charity!!
Thank you for this unbroken version! Grats again!
THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING THIS! I was watching live and was going noooooooo whenever the connection cut out. 🙏🙏🙏
I've been primarily watching this epic cycle through the clips channel and this ending was truly heartwarming and amazing. 1m raised!
Thank you so much for sharing it so fast!! I was lucky to be able to be on chat todey, and watched the biggest part of the stream. The ending really brought me tears. So proud to be a part of such an amazing community!! The team was reaching the finish and I was clapping and shouting all alone at my home. Thank you for being such great human beings. Lots of love to all of you!
Such an amazing journey. Conner, Chris, Pete and the whole Van Gang are absolute legends! Thanks for releasing this so quick. The connection problems were killing me watching live.
Thank you for uploading this! Really happy they got such a nice ending to this awesome trip!
All these hills and long days, now's time to rest and celebrate ❤ Congrats guys!! 🎉
Fantastic accomplishment guys! Y'all worked so damn hard for this!! Let's gooooooooooo!! Y'all are AMAZING!!!!
Thanks for uploading the full footage! What an amazing end to the cycle! And bless Pete for absolutely bringing the hype and immediately introducing Chris and Connor cause they looked exhausted and a bit overwhelmed by the crowd
On the team for the massive effort, very inspiring indeed. Good to see such beautiful humanity in this world. Too good ❤
This made me cry happy tears for them!! Been watching Chris for a decade now, Connor since the birth of Trash Taste, and of course I’m a Pete fan since his first Abroad in Japan debut… so very PROUD of the boys. They’re the kind of people that make this world a better place. That journey was amazing to watch. Congrats guys!! You did it!! 🙌🥳
That the last walk uphill must've felt so triumphant. Well done!!
Such an incredible end to a long journey! Congrats to ALL of you - Connor, friends and team! Well done!!!
I knew the stream was being recorded in Paul's camera so I wasn't really worried and switched to Pete's stream. But nevertheless seeing this is worth a million bucks itself
Thank you, van gang, for this video! Thanks to the boys and everyone involved for doing this and raising so much money!! PS.. I have been watching the streams for so many days that at the start, they asked how it looked, and I flipped my phone to answer in chat. Oh, it's on youtube...😂
on the last day they started at around 708K Chat people rallied to make 1M + 58k when it reached 800k magic began donos kept pouring in. well done Connor, Chris and to all the people who helped make it happen specially to the people who went out of their way to donate.
Thanks for getting this up so quick. You all are amazing and this moment will stay with me for a long time. The roar of the crowd as the team walked up was incredible.
congrats. you guys did some amazing work!
THANKS PAUL
Witnessing this live was amazing. Huge props to Connor, Chris, everyone else who was involved.
You and your team are great human beings and truly an inspiration! Thank you so much for the memories! I hope they stay with me forever. 🤞🏻❤️
The cyclethon became a part of my routine and now that it has ended, my mornings feel a little bit lesser haha. Thank you for your stream and VODs of the cyclethon. Happy to have donated to the cause!
YAAAS thank you for uploading this!
I see jaden animation in the back ground at 25:32 in the far back right with Jacob, I saw Jacob beautiful blond hair and wondered if jaden was there and behold. Its pretty cool that they wanted to see the Cyclathon trip when they visited japan for pokemon.
Bro that pokemon thing was long ago, they are simply here again
@@valhallakombi7239 oh my bad i thougth it would been recent but thinking again i made a bad assumption but it is still pretty cool seeing them there
I saw Jacob and Jaiden and I was like wait a minute didn't they leave Japan already?? Lol. Then I saw Rob as well. It was like a random crossover event.
Congratulations guys, what an amazing effort. Well done to everybody that rode, supported in the van, organised things behind the scenes. And to everyone that donated what an amazing achievement this money is changing lives
thank you so much for uploading the unedited amazing ending to a amazing journey! So hapoy since I couldnt see it live unfortunatly. You guys truly were a blessing to every morning for 14 days (cheers from germany)🎉
This was phenomenal it was a beast of challenge loved the streams and vods. So glad there's a edit of the last half hour as I couldn't watch the end live it warned my cold dead heart congratulations guys 🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
So happy you guys posted the uninterrupted ending for us! I was watching live the whole time and having it cut out was sad. We wanted to see and hear our heroes! ❤ Thank you! You’re all amazing people!
Thanks for uploading, glad to see without the connection issues. ❤
This was an amazing event to be a part of. Amazing job to everyone!
Connor, Chris, and the whole team have truly made their mark in history! Absolutely legendary. 💯
Man I needed to rewatch this as I was barely awake by the end xD this was such an experience to witness
I didn't sleep well and randomly woke up at 4:17am. Turned on the stream right as they got to the tower.
I teared up so much when watching live when we frist heard the cheers from the tower. Or when we hit 1 mil. 🎉
Big congrats to every single person involved in making the cyclethon happen! Unfortunately I couldn't catch the streams live but I'll be binging the VODs when I have the chance.
This was truly remarkable, Connor. I imagine this made Iron Mouse cry feeling overwhelmed with joy cus I gotta admit the moment you guys are walking your bikes up to Tokyo Tower and you start to hear the sounds of the cheering echoes from afar has to feel surreal af. Proud of you guys. Mad respek to your entire crew.
CONGRATULATIONS, Connor, Chris, and all the support team! You are LEGENDS! 🦍🦍🦍
Watching the cyclethon for 14 days was a sureal experience. Looking at everyone come together and the way CHAT smashed the last day donations was insane, while the boys kept making it through the last stretch. Got emotional many times, but seeing them cross the goal line at the end just made me cry.
I’m so proud of of you all. You guys are amazing people. Thank you.
Oh man, why did I tear up! Way to go guys!!! amazing job....
thank u it is very nice to see it in a high quality after the live was a bit glitchy. what an amazing event, all these guys are amazing i am proud of the community and grateful to have been prt of something so great. thank u all!
Pete is SUCH A HYPE MAN, love him
One heck of a journey shout out you guys and everyone who watched/donated
Thanks for this upload!
It's the superior Ballard cut! Thank you Paul
Mouse should have been the second person there to spray the boys with champagne. Last night I was thinking about it before she said it on her channel... As much as this is for her I bet she would trade all of this, the fame, the money, the events, just to be out there at the base of tokyo tower with the boys, laughing and crying from 14 days of tough biking.
Shes so mentally tough, I know she would bike the days with Connor, Chris, Garnt, Pewds, Natsuki, and Pete if she could.
I'm not religious by any standard, but I pray, I pray one day that our doctors and scientists make a breakthrough in modern medicine to help
those with CVID/PI - Mouse and anyone like her so that they can enjoy these kinds not through a screen.
Thank you Connor/VanGang/Mouse/Friends for such a great event.
Been watching the replays of the livestreams since I work or sleep while the streams were live. Congrats to Connor, Chris and all the guests like Pete,Garnt, and Natsuki for all their hard work paying off and making through another cyclethon for the fans and for charity! Can't wait to watch what you all decide to do next!
Congratulations to every single person who helped, watched and donated, over a million in two weeks is astonishing!

5am local time upload in Japan as well 🥹
You are all such absolute legends and inspirations!
I'm a 42 year old guy from the UK and teared up a little watching this. They all look so happy, and Pete looks like he's on top of the world. Connor, Chris, Pete, Paul and Ian, you guys are truly amazing and an inspiration to us all, well done!
Thanks for posting this! Luckily between dual viewing pete's and connor's stream i did get majority of it, but it's cool getting to see this in full now. Problem is anytime there is a large gathering of people with cell phones it congests local airways and causes streaming to stop working, i see it over and over again with IRL streamers. I seen streams where 10's of thousands of people gathered to watch a firework show and literally everyone all lost connection as the fireworks started then got connection again once it was over, it's due to everyone face timing, streaming and so on. People can't just record a video the old fashioned way or just enjoy the event and let others record. People don't get it! It's annoying. Thank goodness Paul recorded it though.
SUCH A WHOLESOME MOMENT. chat did so good, the boys did so good enduring 14 days. $1mil is a lot of money, thank you so much for doing something so amazing. surely you top this next cyclethon!
Yay. I knew it’d come out eventually, but this was fast!
You guys are amazing
My goat really cares. Like who would even do this! Man Connor, I will always appreciate your 100% effort.
manly tears while watching the streams, thanks for the vod, there's a lot of missing tidbit, connor and chris hugging, and there's robCD at the end! nice
Ah the end teared me up. Glad to watch this all happen!
i can't believe it's been 2 weeks its just flew by it feels like only yesterday you started this journey
Congrats to the whole Team! And thank you for Pete as such a hype man :)
