I love what you say about WayV singing in Chinese because a common misconception/misrepresentation (and unfortunately cited reason as to why people are hesitant to listen to WayV) is that Mandarin is really harsh and unpleasant to listen to. They sound smooth and the lyrics are always so poetic! So glad you loved She A Wolf, you should also check out Might As Well because it’s totally insane. Thank you for continuing to react to WayV 💚
You’re right. When you mentioned New Ride was a metaphor to their new journey new path, kinda enlighten me to remind of this comwback promotion. It’s all brand new and “first” time of everything. Very impressive in everything Prism center has done for WayV and us.
No group quite like WayV. They are tied for ult group for me. I agree, the chinese lyrics just flow differently, not sure if it's the tonal qualities or the cadence but it just hits different than korean.
