@@birdmusic I have just discovered you and have watched all your videos. You recreate Swing Out Sister wonderfully, and I have seen a few bands posting here lately that do the same thing - Leonid and Friends, Foxes and Fossils, Hindley Street Country Club, Pet Rock... it is a fun thing, but sooner or later, it HAS already been done. The challenge is to bring something original into the world, for the publishing rights, if nothing else! I worked as a pianist/accompanist most of my life, both in cabaret and in musical theatre, and while interpreting others' compositions is my passion, I have only composed two original pieces of music. If I was a composer, it would be pouring out of me, but it's hard to come up with something new that does not sound like the thousands of songs already written. ( I am a good lyricist, though!) So, to quote ABBA, thank you for the music. I look forward to hearing and seeing what you and your troupe come up with next. Best wishes, Christopher
