Flip is like when they added Rodman. It’s a different dynamic that is more successful due to the “IT” factor that Flip brings. Salute.

Joe doesn't realize that this gets his whole crew out of their comfort zone. It really has potential if it can actually be contained because i think it has the potential to go off the rails. But if Ian could manage that process of managing flips actual guests or Corey that would really work. The chemistry is hilarious because of the spontaneity and the real time reactions. But i should add, you have to pay for flip's therapy - rage room because that will keep him stable but he will still want to perform at peak performance. This episode is fire.
