Traffic in Ahwahtukee is terrible, especially rush hour. I've seen many accidents and the pickup truck drivers are especially aggressive, rude and dangerous drivers.

I love Ahwatukee its a hidden gem, you have to have , money to update the house if you do, you will have quality life vs Chandler or other cities around

god i was glad to leave it. luckily some fool paid double what i paid for my postage stamp house and that was in the early 2000's. the best part of phoenix is that everyone drives like it's mad max. that was indeed memorable. scammers everywhere.
