For the green skirt idea: pocket flaps down the side or across the bottom or angle pleats inlay. Lace ribbon across the bottom or satin. I think the satin ribbon because it would really look very nice on the jacket too.

LOL!! The way I just chuckled. I started to talk to you guys about that. I've mnever purchased them but they have an assortment of unknown items in them. Sometimes clothing or other. They are marked by size too. Maybe one day I'll buy one
