It depends what you define as Fulani or Fulbe, what is the motive of the question? this is a lovely film and enjoy. Pulaaku is something complicated to understand, I will try and explain it to my level best. Due to the fulani Gihads and fulani empires in Africa in particular west Africa, fulbe used to consist of two groups (the Fulbe kings/queens/prince and Servant Fulbe who used to live in the RUUDE) and nowadays all Fulbe live side by side and there are no queens/servant fulbe any more Hamdoelillah. In other words as long as you are from fulbe queens or servant fulbe you are Fulani. The servant fulbe originated from the indigenous African tribes/ethnicity (Balehbeen) who were conquered and converted to islam, they are hard working, intelligent and lovely people.
