- In this vlog we are going out to the jungle to harvest some breadfruit.
We are going to make a village dessert with breadfruits. We are going to cook the breadfruits in open fire and after its fully cooked we going to smash it until it becomes sticky.
Then we are going to prepare the Lolo which is the sauce of the dessert. We are going to cook the sugar until it melt and add in coconut milk little by little until it's fully cooked.
We cut the breadfruit doe into small pieces and pour the Lolo on it and now it's ready to be served.

In Samoa we call it taufolo, but the way you cala the sugar we used that to do a faausi, a mixture of talo, pumpkin, kasava with the caramelized sugar to produced the sweet taste to our faausi. Vinaka Navuti boys
