How I created the video:
1. Microsoft Word (wrote a text or script)
2. Adobe Photoshop (created design and edit pictures)
3. Vegas Pro (made animation, montage and render)
Do not judge harshly. Some logical and canonical details were deliberately ignored by me to create an interesting drama

I don't think Madara and Hashirama would die in peace. Had Madara not got manipulated by Zetsu, he still had enough reasons to turn against Hashirama's rule and Konoha and eventually would revolt against Hidden Leaf Village.
And also, even without Madara's machinations, some of other villages would find reasons to kidnap Rin. Kaguya, Madara and Zetsu weren't orchestrators of absolutely everything, they just knew the true nature of reality and the real face of shinobi system, thus they used them to their benefits.

Orochimaru would've been killed by Minato though, when they caught up to his experiments in the leaf. Hiruzen didn't because he hesitated at killing his student. Minato would have no such problem.
Therefore no Kabuto taking up his work either, nor would he have the resources to do so.
Also I believe Toneri only made an appearance because of how he saw the world end up freeing Kaguya, and didn't trust the descendants of Hagoromo and thier peace anymore.
But yea I guess that wouldn't be nearly as interesting as a story. The version I suggested would end the same, except Momoshiki would destroy the earth instead
