    Charging more allows you to hire help, which allows you to work less in the business. It’s a wonderful snowball effect for us in the field.

    I'd love to see a video of you going through your entire tech stack soup to nuts. developing a tech stack is my biggest hurdle

    Great video!! I agree with everything you said. Every year, I trim back clients and haven't lost any revenue by replacing them with clients willing to pay more, either clients I have or new clients.

    Definitely hiring fast is the hardest business choice, but so is hiring a coach, if you do it right, and with the right person you will ultimately succeed and see a major benefit

      No medical benefits are ran through the firm.
