- Grace Court Alley is a street that transports you out of the city and into the past. It features 19th century carriage houses, each with perfectly preserved facades. Once you step inside Carriage House #6, you encounter a chic stylish home with a seamless modern flow between its interior spaces and multiple outdoor areas.

Private garden: slab of concrete.
Brooklyn Heights: Gentrification
NO one ever wanted to cross the bridge, NOW you can't get them to leave.
Both properties claim to have private outdoor space. There is nothing "private" about those spaces when all the neighboring apartment blocks can look down into your garden.
Wecoming is not how I'd describe this foyer. I used to pass these carriage houses all the time and wish I could go inside. What a let down. That rare homey NYC exterior, with nothing that says home inside.
Nice! But NYC real estate prices are insane!!!
Love this show and while I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, there absolutely are NO HOMES OR CONDOS that look like this. This is exquisite designing!
Private garden, private roof top, not with 50 neighbors looking down at you.
Fr I’m like uhhh... I’ll pass.
Nice gut job...........
I did NOT expect this!
"Private Garden".............................. LOL😁
Amazing home! I love the outdoor spaces!
Good job. Congratulations! Amazing. Best Regards from Brazil. Cheer's.
Sad...renovations are too modern for such a beautiful historic building and no privacy outside. Money doesn't always equal great taste.
beh, i loft sono belli, pero' si vede che vi fidate molto dei passanti. praticamente una casa aperta a chiunque. molto bello e pieno di speranze.
Love the charm of it!
Fabulous home!
Beautiful home!!
Thank you...
WTH? These are awful. They stripped them of all the character.
both these houses are worth the money very well done grace court alley is lovely i used to live in the neighborhood
2:04 That doors made of cardboard.I'd be scared somebody's gonna break in!
One day!! Mark my words.
I love it!
Old relic modernized, Love it.
Love the garbage at 1:52
Amazing
i used to want to visit new york city.. but it looks entirely too bland with all that bling. I enjoy jagged edges, junkyard finds and humble emotion.
Gorgeus
Nice Brooklyn house
Basically a high end department store show room
This is nice.

Such a nice house, nice livingroom...and then the kitchen disappoints
Tastefully done!!
can't get in when it snows and water will drain in door way😯
Destroyed what was a beautiful home that was built in 1910.
where is the tour of the first one
Beautiful space...interiors are a little underwhelming.
You should have restored it to it's original beauty.
I like the outside
Just an address and day to move in are what I need
Real Estate for apartments is frustrating
Bruh how the fuck am I supposed to fit in that tiny ass bathtub
price?
the cost of living in most cities is just disgusting. a million is alot of money 11 million is crazy! 1 out of a 100 people who has that kinda money
Can I live there with all of you, please?
For the rest of my life, I would live with all of you, please 🙏🏾
If I was living in one bedroom with all of you, I would be there with all of you
Praying 🙏🏾
Roommates
I am a good roommate
I will be an excellent roommate
Summer weather is the time to move back to New York City
I am looking for roommates to live with in New York City.
I am calling various places to look for a place to move to in New York City
Is this where the Patty Duke Show family was supposed to live? In this neighborhood?
4 years? Poor neighbors!!
What do you do when it snows? Leave the table and chairs and couches out???
Put them in the garage that he mentioned.
Hair blower 😂😂😂😂😂
I was wondering the exact same thing!! If I had that kind of money to spend on a house it wouldn't be in a cold climate! I want to leave my couches outside!! Lol
Furniture covers
If I had the $, best believe I’d live in the main townhouse not the barn.
Tout le cachet est parti. Dommage
insegura pero bonita
Mmmm, Gentrification.. yum..
I just knew that people would be bitching about gentrification down here before I even read the comments. lol
Yeeeeeup, visited NYC n Jersey just last week and as beautiful as everything was, as a black man who grew up in inner city neighborhoods, and not giving the opportunity or even the knowledge to own in those before its original culture was bulldozed, it also saddened me, ijs.
@@antoniomcmahon3499 what WAS there before? crack, gangs, sky-high murder rates and toxic environment for children? You are sad that is gone?
@@mrvk39 You just assume that's what it was because this black man said he grew up in NYC? You are pathetic!
@@mickeyrosa7226 assume?? I also grew there- no need to assume anything when you went through all of that yourself.
4 yrs
Beautiful homes but those prices are really ridiculous......you'll are just catering for the rich eh 😒
Shit if I had it only if I had it
The best feature is the padio, a low padio people can look right over you.
don't want people around? move to Wyoming
The 2nd place was cool but, what happened to the girl?
Movie stars and the mafia can only afford this.
Lie, you can also afford it if you work hard at it.
@@cornerstone7564 If that was true then everyone in the country would be able to afford nicer homes. Sadly, we live in a society where the rich outweigh the rest of us. Sorry, the American dream is just that: a dream. Everyone is not on an equal footing and that's how the rich want it. The 1% have been ruling the 99% for how long? That will answer the question.
Grotesque.............hate, hate, hate it when they modernize brownstones and carriage houses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
John S you gotta let go of the past. There aren't too many nags pulling carriages around the city anymore, or horses either!
It's called character.....something you seem to lack.
Soulless.
is this a ufo or a home ?
I hate the entrance.
龙建錞绍君自己的房屋土地商場
What a pad.
That guy is so annoying...
How transcontinental 🙄 !!!!
Tacky and overdone.
Don't buy it.
Tell me where I am going to work and live
Preferably located in New York City
A location where I can live and work for the rest of my life
A small moving van to pack and where to move to
or maybe just a duffle bag 🎒 or a suitcase for clothes and toothbrush 🪥 and I am not sure
