- This week marks exactly half way through my 100 day body transformation! 50 days down, 50 days of this gym transformation left to go. My body fat is dropping every day, and my diet is tightening up more with every week that passes. Week 7 was a high fat, no carb week - a diet I have never experienced before. Plenty of cheese, chocolate, and peanut butter. Hopefully there's a cheat day or refeed coming soon...
