Good evening Gareth. I completely agree ,that wonderful man inspired me to get back in to fishing after a long while, if this man can make these great videos whilst struggling with health issues at the time, then I certainly have no excuse not to go fishing.
I'd not been fishing for about 10 plus yrs cos I thought it all had got complicated and expensive- but Bill's videos showed me it wasn't RIP Bill God bless you ❤❤❤
Hi Bill Just back from my first session with my new whip, brilliant fun, thank you for inspiring me to give it a go, caught lots of roach, Rudd, one Tench and a very nice carp about 6lbs and lost a bigger one which broke my hook length. Thanks again
Nice tip with the use of that band to put the hook on when you're not using the whip. I remember i used to just leave the rig in the water just off the bank without bait in it. Better to do what you did there.
Should have put a small loop on the end of the rig line, it would come of a lot easier bill, just like they do when attaching the rig to a stonflow connector buddy, just for releasing the rig bill, great video as usual to buddy
any reason why you dont connect to the eye on the end of the whip by putting the line loop through the eye and putting the rig winder through the line loop?
Paul Boyle Hi glad you liked the video. I had only just started making video’s and was using the camera’s in built microphone and while its good it gets overpowered by other noise ie aeroplanes etc. I hope they have improved a bit since then! Tight Lines

Hi mate would you ever put a soft elastic in your whip in case a bonus fish comes cheers
