- East coast of Essex in the UK boasts many forts that cover the coastline. This particular fort has some interesting history during the renovation work, not to mention being overrun with paranormal activity.

I love the Redoubt fort. Its so wonderfully haunted :)
On the stars that go down to the mannequins, listen out for Sarah.
She's quite playful, despite being killed with her baby by being pushed down the stairs.
A high commanders baby. Sadly he covered it all up, with that fatal push !
On the stairs, you can feel a feeling of being pushed as Sarah, was !
Thank you Eddie. So much history in these places. We had a quick look at Landguard across the water yesterday during an open to public day. Just roamed around with the recorder, and got some evps from that. So much activity, its off the scale.

Very troubled spirits there.
Most are depressed but then you get the kids room, thats brilliant for EVPs & activity of the kids.
Tunnels are amazing for EVPs & have caught some gems :)

I loved working as a volunteer at the redoubt Fort and good to see the picture of all of us in uniform I was at the back being taller that day it woke up the spirits at the Fort with the reactment soldiers firing there cannon I seen and heard spirits there
