Is it true that in Thailand you can’t help those people in need asking for alms because they believe that you are messing up their karma. That the reason they are destitute because they are paying off what they did wrong in their previous life. If that’s true, then that’s a load of crap. Karma is real but you still help those in need.
It is not true. You can give them the money. Budishist believe that when they give , they will get good feeling, good luck and good for their next life. And they beleive that people who did wrong in there present or previous life, they will pay off (no ransom). If you did wrong in prvious life, then the present life will get something bad.
Buddha is human not The God. He's just a man who suffered like all human does and he's curious how to stop it so he's tried to find many ways until he discovered it and that's all.
