In SQL Server 2022, I selected C:\SQL2022\Evaluation_ENU and worked like a charm. There is another option which is download media (from the SQL Server executable) as ISO, mounting ISO and select that folder in the dialog you are facing.
what do you mean by new instance? I didn't get it, do you mean If I want to create another server I need to download another instance or what?

Sabbir, kindly brush up your knowledge before going online to educate others. Your unwanted clicks confuse users. Include audio also to clarify.
