Good location but the facilities are quite dated. The water pressure in the bathrooms was so bad that one could barely have a shower. When I requested they look into this, the front desk tried to convince me that mornings and evenings when everyone is having a shower this happens! Hardly the response one would expect. I gave them the day to fix it and when it was still not fixed I had to get them to change rooms. The new room was no better with the added surprise that the air conditioner's thermostat was not working and it was stuck at the closest setting. In room TV reception was grainy and horrible so was the WiFi. All the Clubmed schedule of activities is now available via the app which I couldn't access as the WiFi was terribly unreliable. Overall the staff attitude was not what I've experienced at other Clubmed's. Front desk staff instead of being apologetic was trying to convince to accept a substandard room. The GO's were not that better which was very disappointing given that the GO's are what make Clubmed so attractive. When my son and I arrived earlier than the appointed time for the beginner golf lesson, the GO in charge sarcastically asked me if I couldn't read the schedule in the their app. I had to restrain myself from replying to him given that my son was present. On the plus side the food was good and the resort and has excellent access to the beach. Overall a very disappointing Clubmed experience even though as a family we were quite the fans of Clubmed.
