I love your videos. Thanks for taking the time and doing these tutorials. I've been using rhino but not grasshopper and I always wanted to learn the basic. Thank you a 1000 times.
what are the problems you are running into in particular? Sometimes Sweep is not the best tool for something that it may seem to be the logical command for in Rhino!
Do you mean with this particular Definition? It does take longer in Grasshopper to do things that are simple to do in Rhino, but you have so many advantages in the long run when you have that definition ready at hand, and you can use it in so many ways.

if you have issues with Grasshopper, there is a very good Grasshopper forum online with. very helpful community :)
I found the sweep1 to have too many flaws
