Hi Shaun, I am new to collecting and honestly, have been glued to your channel for a month. I am lovin it. I am hooked, this is addictive. I also love digging in the dirt for any type of treasure so I wonder why it took me so long to get here.
One day I thought "Think I'll save my kids' birth years in quarters", and that was all she wrote.
I mean who doesn't love money anyway, but this is a total BLAST and so historically interesting.
Some days I feel like a rabid dog and a young one rippin thru the presents on Christmas morning.
Oh and if I leave my credit cards at home and use cash, I get more change so there's that.

I recently bought quarter rolls and in them I found 20 coins that were very shiny an pristine
I think someone sold them to bank for face value.I don't know grading. butI now have a complete set of Statehood quarters that are very pretty, and some have very nice toning. I told my kids that none of my coins should ever be sold for face value.
So now that I have them what do I do with them

Last Week I Asked the Bank Teller for a Roll of Sealed Loomis Quarters, They Only Had One Roll. I Got Home and Began To Unwrap and Noticed How Brilliant Shinny They were, I though at First These Must Be Brand New 2019 Quarters. Upon Closer Inspection They Were All 1999 Washington State Quarters Without One Mark, Scratch, Smudge or Gouge on any of Them. Just Brilliant Bright Untouched Coins.

Once again the big question for me is how to ship a ms 69 quarter to PCGS without it getting ANY damage during shipping ? Will coins vibrate in coin holders in trucks on poorly maintained roads? Vibrations mean friction and damage. Please explain, I’ve never dealt with shipping and I don’t know anything.

If any of these prices/gradings actually surprise you, I'm going to say that since the medical legalization of cannabis, that I'm not surprised anymore, what happens anywhere.
You haven't seen the WORST of a big huge mistake.but by far , it's bett than letting kids, People under 21consune alcohol..or cigarettes.

I never got into the state quarters but recently at an estate auction a really big coin collection came up that wasn't advertised well, and there weren't many coin people there. Wish I had more than $600 on me cause it was a firesale. I loaded up on all kinds of stuff including two state quarters books with p,d,s, silver for less than silver value of the proofs and a 50 state map for $4 but it looks like they filled these things with really clean, and perfect coins. Now I'm tempted to send some in for grading but I'm too chicken I think
Score! I would have to try a few myself, and going to be doing so soon! I waiting on microscope to be delivered, and then picking some that look the best!
I have been keeping the best of the State Quarter's because, they don't hold up when they hit circulation. They deteriorate fast when in circulation. So, when I get a double squeezed or unique quarter's. I put them way in a sealed safe flip. I have a lot of these. I was only hoping to make a few dollars per coin. But, this is a surprise.

I don't understand... 1999 -P Quarter Conneticut you said Value like $10,000 ??? I checked other Sites and all came up stating like $3.50 to $5.00... I have a Wheat Penny 1926 Value said to be $3,000 and 1938 Lincoln $700.00, How do you know whos right with the 1999 P quarter? I'd like to learn...
Just as you said the value comes down to too what is actually this decided in the auction room until then we'll never know if these values are true or somebody yet P CGS is smoking some really nice stuff
