- AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, who was allegedly assaulted by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide, recorded her statement under Section 164 before a magistrate on Friday. Earlier in the day, Maliwal underwent a medical check-up at AIIMS, Delhi, that lasted for over three hours. She has suffered internal injuries to her face, as per a medico-legal case report, sources said.

Video's thumbnail seems edited to make it seem like there is a fuzzy video of something happening when the actual video is super clear and doesn't show any assault.
