I just became interested in investing in small business and accidentally found this video, and I thought the name was familiar. Then I found your book you sent in the mail. I'm going to read that as a starting point. Thank you. 😊
This is golden, thanks Daniel. The 5 A's really stand out for me, and even as I currently run a downsized version of my business, mostly back to a solo-preneur, I can still apply these principles as self management, and I see how this can be a means to grow this into the original vision of multiple companies under one brand. Thanks for a quality 10 minute sunday schooling ;-)
Alignment - Everything flows from alignment. From vision to key leaders to teams and company structure to 90-day resets… This makes things efficient, human resources feel valued and keeps true to the Fun-Passion-Dent DNA This is brilliant! Knowing this is possible in the world right now the way it’s done is simply electric! P.S. promptly shared 😊
Loved this Daniel. My key takeaway was to run multiple businesses you have to have an underlying vision/ group of values that define your success parameters.
Running multiple businesses is mainly about having the right people on board and this can be done through team building and management. Knowing how to manage people makes doing business easy. Your video is so impactful👌 Thanks for sharing 🎉
Most people that run businesses and companies understand these "concepts".. The real challenge is the Information exchange between these groups and thus the accountability. Whether it's a technology, strategy or principle - finding the right method of sharing info, tasks, reports etc is the challenge and the biggest expense. You cannot run multiple anything unless you have this right. Unfortunately, most "Gurus", Business Coaches and Motivational speakers don't direct you in the best ways to create these systems or where to find ones that are suitable for you.
Loved the Accountability chart!!! I've been struggling with translating the "org chart" mindset to a more pragmatic and more "accountable" at the same time approach for smaller/newer organizations. Love it! If you have an example of how it looks like for any of your teams it would be great =)
