👋 American here. Varsity basically refers to high school sports. If you play varsity it means you play on the high school team. The "varsity look" comes from the jackets varsity players wear. We call them Letterman's jackets. When you play for the HS team you "letter," meaning you earn your initial of your school. (On your sweatshirt it would be the WF) Then if your lucky, your parents get you a Letterman's jacket for your letter to go on, along with medals and other awards you earn from your sport. The TLDR is varsity as a style comes from a fancy jacket for bragging about your athleticism.

I was lucky enough to go to a super small school so I did play varsity sports. But my parents couldnt afford a Letterman's jacket. I was sad about it then, but looking back, it probably wasnt worth the money anyway. They are usually $1,000+

You know, Sezzie, I’m researching neurodiversity to try understand myself better and figure out why I do certain things and feel certain ways esp irt social experiences.. and I see us having a lot of similarities so I wondered if you’ve ever considered that you might also be a really high functioning person on the Autistic spectrum?! I notice sometimes that you overthink your outfits if they’re socially acceptable (I’m aware that you love fashuuuun regardless of other people’s perspectives) .. ye and other instances w trends etc. but yeah I feel like your weirder styles and ideas are usually my fav (not that my opinion is the most important) but I jut notice how sometimes you choose the path or outfit lol that’s more socially acceptable instead of the first weirder idea?! If you put the MCT oil in the milk jug and warm it with your milk it froths so good!! (I use it with cocoquench which is a little bit harder to get the perfect froth due to no added oils and this works so well) xx
